I re-designed my logo. Mostly because every time I looked at my old one I thought to myself, “Self, that is not the best design. And you should probably re-do it.” So I just took the plunge, and I’m glad I did. Along with doing that I ended up re-designing my blog, added the new logo to my website, and re-did the graphics on my Facebook page (which included adding some hand lettering, because I just love it and can’t bring myself to not have it!). I am LOVING this project so much! We’re going with a boho/floral/romantic/earthy feel for this client’s brand, with woodsy and vibrant colors. Right now we’re working on her visual identity, and we’ve ended up deviating from the initial mood board a little bit – we’re doing less of the photo/painting look and more of a hand-drawn/handmade look. Both of us love the direction this is going, and I can’t wait to share more! (Also, I just discovered how much I love having flowers on my desk. It just makes the day happier.)
