Well. I probably say it every time, but it’s especially hard this time to believe the year has come to an end! 2013 has gone by so quickly, and has been filled with so many different experiences and opportunities and wonderful times and hard times. This year was actually totally different than I thought it would be…but in a good way, ultimately. I guess one of the biggest things I’ve been learning is that life doesn’t always happen like we hope and think it will, but Jesus’ plan is the best, no matter what. Even if it doesn’t feel good…

Just Because
We just needed to have a pine tree (or bush. not sure what it actually was), plaid shirt, wintery, just-before-Christmas, scarves and hats photoshoot. My Ordinary Day : Blog Design
It was fun working with Maddy on her design – she was so sweet the whole time and I enjoyed working with the style + colors she chose! (Plus her sister is Jordan – a former client and friend – so that made it even better. =) ) She wanted to use soft blues, pinks, and yellows; and really wanted to incorporate some lace, too. Monday Inspiration
I just love winter. And Christmas. It’s the best time of the year, to me at least! This is my last week of work before Christmas break, and it’s going to end up being one of those crazy busy, pack-everything-in-that-you-possibly-can weeks. Good and crazy.
