Thirteen years ago we met the Johnson family in Minnesota. It was during a very hard year financially and emotionally in our family’s life – but being with them and their church, TCBC, made that year one of the best of my life. I love you guys. {all images via pinterest. clockwise, from top left: 1 // 2 // 3 // 4}

This week has been like a dream that I don’t ever want to end. It’s been so perfect here, being with my best friends and seeing one of them get married. Just a few photos of us this week.

It can be very tempting to include lots of design elements, embellishments, etc.; but when it really comes down to it, it’s the strong yet simple marks that really last. Those are the ones that remain with us. My second favorite is the photo on the right, by Blush Photography. I love seeing such beautiful lifestyle photos, taken of people being who they really are in an environment…
