After looking through all of my photos from our time in Minnesota, I’ve realized that my favorites are the crazy, not-perfect, ipod/phone photos. They aren’t artistic or VSCO Grid-worthy, but they’re the ones that make me smile the most. Listening to Of Monsters and Men and Mumford and Sons. Ready for the cold and the snap in the wind and sweaters and hot apple cider. Excited for the busyness and fun of fair week. Sunday night was a wade in the river, go on hay rides, roast hot dogs, sit around the fire, make s’mores kind of night. We were at a farm that belongs to our friends and I couldn’t help marveling all day at how gorgeous it is there.
